Just got through a show with Copper and Nico..showing brass knuckles..tossing flying monkeys..wondering if Nico would look good in glass slippers...

Anyway..I send PT into Subway...10 minutes later every press on the up arrow sends her crashing into a wall..I call HP tech support..spend 20 minutes with someone I can't understand..she transfers me to another I spend over 2 hours with trying every solution known to mankind on how to troubleshoot...and can't understand either most of the time...

I, obviously, get a bit angry about corporate mindsets and cheap foreign tech labor at this point..and demand that I speak to someone who knows actual English then get this response in less than 20 seconds..


Yes, ma'am..it's a known keyboard problem..we'll have a new one to you shortly...*sigh*


Since I bought the comp in February(which came with the keyboard)..I think middle of December will be just fine to call back again..I'll be sure to stock up on beer next time :p

that usually happens with packaged systems tower, mouse, keyboard, screen, (enter promo item here). One of them will not want to work after the 90days warranty expires. At least it was a keyboard, I had a monitor catch on fire a few years ago... blue screen of death became a sulferous inferno of hellfire.

Catch fire? Just what did you have on the screen???
